Financial Feasibility Analysis
NBLC and its partners have been retained by Metrolinx for its Master Community Plan studies on their multi-modal Mobility Hubs, to determine the potential and market conditions for additional high-rise development. NBLC’s role to this point includes work on the Kipling, Dundas West/Bloor, Kennedy and Cooksville hub stations.
These projects included a range of services, such as; market recommendations, condominium feasibility analyses, business case and implementation plan formulations, commentary on the design of the Master Plans and detailed land value capture analyses.
