In its heyday, Bigwin Island hosted one of the Ontario’s premiere luxury resorts, which fell into disrepair and eventually closed down in the mid-1970s. NBLC was been retained by the owners of Bigwin Island to provide strategic advisory services in the development, marketing and sales of the Island’s proposed new golf course/cottage/resort community. NBLC had a role in providing land acquisition strategies, identifying and evaluating possible revenue opportunities, and development and operating protocols for the entire Island property.
