NBLC was retained in the spring of 2006 to assist in the development of the Business Plan for the East Bayfront on Toronto’s waterfront. As part of the assignment, NBLC developed a financial model for the fifteen-year build-out of the East Bayfront to determine the potential revenues associated with the sale of the lands, taking into consideration the achievement of the mandate of Waterfront Toronto. This analysis was integrated into the larger business plan for Waterfront Toronto which is now being implemented.
