Located just one hour north of the City of Vancouver, Garibaldi Resort is set to become the next major four season destination in Canada, with 40,000 bed units planned. With the distinct advantage of its location in Squamish and its waterfront, this mountain resort has the opportunity to become the first year-round resort that will offer true alpine skiing along with access to the Pacific Ocean. NBLC provided advice on the development strategy, format and phasing, and financial sensitivity analysis of development options. This included the assessment of the viability of acquiring a local marina for the summer use of the future residents.
