Project Description
NBLC was retained with Sorenson Gravely Lowes to assist the County of Haldimand in its conformity exercise with Places to Grow. The study had a significant housing component that assessed not only the future demand for housing by type, but also by tenure, including social housing needs. This study revealed the unique challenges that the outer ring communities beyond the GTA will have in meeting the broad intensification of objectives of Places to Grow.
