Project Description
NBLC was retained by the Town of Aurora to undertake an Employment Lands Market study to assess the viability and need for an expansion of urban areas. The study looked specifically at the characteristics of supply and demand along the entire Highway 404 Corridor. The study formed a key piece of evidence for the Town in its successful defense of the policy amendment at the Ontario Municipal Board.
