N.Barry Lyon, Founder
1939-2015
NBLC was founded by Barry Lyon in 1976 after many years in senior real estate positions. He was regarded as one of the leading experts on residential development in the Greater Toronto Area. Barry played a key role in the development of many communities across Canada, with NBLC carrying out market and financial feasibility studies for over 250,000 housing units across Canada during Barry’s time. He is an inductee of the Building Industry and Land Development Association’s Hall of Fame.
