Project Description
NBLC was retained by the Windsor Community Housing Corporation (CHC) to undertake a review of the local market characteristics to determine its needs over the next 5, 10 and 15 year periods for each program level (Non Profit , Non Profit Family and Public Housing) and positioned CHC to be able to make a business case for its Regeneration needs. The Master Regeneration Plan Report linked CHC Regeneration goals with recommendations and targets supported by a detailed cost/benefit analysis and as well as detailed capital, financing and operating cost summary along with related timelines. The project was completed on time and on budget.
