NBLC initially undertook a market study that assessed the real estate opportunities associated with lands deemed non-core to campus requirements. The study revealed a number of market opportunities and recommended a phased disposition strategy that included a range of actions for sell land to partner with the development community.
NBLC was then retained by Trent to the develop a business plan and implementation strategy for the development of these lands.
