Project Description
NBLC was retained by the Town of Innisfil as part of a specialized consultant team to provide market, demographic and demand/supply analyses for the preparation of Town’s Growth Management Study and new Official Plan. NBLC’s analyses included an assessment of housing and employment demand by both dwelling unit type and specific land use categories.
NBLC’s work contributed to a more focused urban structure to direct growth away from environmentally sensitive areas and areas which are not planned for full municipal services.
