NBLC was retained in April 2010 by Mattamy Homes to provide an opinion on the development potential and feasibility of integrating mid-rise buildings, between three-eight storeys, within the fabric of existing and future Mattamy Homes’ low-rise residential communities throughout the GTA. Two case studies were provided for Mattamy Homes, including their Seaton Creekside community in Pickering and their Mount Pleasant Village in Brampton.
The scope of NBLC’s work included a Development Options Study report, to be used as a potential prototype for Mattamy Homes’ low-rise communities across Ontario.
