Financial Feasibility Analysis
NBLC was engaged by the Town of Newmarket in 2018 alongside SVN to assist in the preparation of a Secondary Plan for the Mulock GO Station Area.
NBLC helped to link future land use with new transit infrastructure investment – the addition of a new GO station. This was done by providing market insights that were used as a rationale to reconsider the existing policy approach and place-specific design, such that the likelihood of attracting investment in a transit-supportive manner would improve overtime and contribute to economic, social equity, community building, increased ridership, intensification, and other benefits.
