Scott is a Registered Professional

With over 20 years of experience,
Scott has a considerable depth
of knowledge with a diversified

policy studies, approvals, and
analyzing market and financial
feasibility. Scott prides himself

Matthew Bennett

Partner

Matthew is a Registered Professional Planner and Professional Land Economist with experience in a wide range of both public and private sector real estate development and land use planning projects across Canada.

Matt’s work often focuses at the intersection of concept development and economic viability. He also leads the development of disposition and procurement strategies, asset management programs and business plans for institutions and public bodies considering the development or redevelopment of land assets.

Nick holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University and is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and Land Economist (PLE). Nick specializes in providing market and economic support to both private and public sector clients.

His work often focuses on the market and financial feasibility of development, affordable housing, land economics, growth management, financial incentives, supply and demand projections, land value analyses, employment markets, the development of planning policies, and all issues surrounding urban economics.
